Veyrasoft grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use Veyra on supported devices you own or control, subject to your purchased plan and the Terms of Service.
Permitted use
You may use Veyra for personal or professional productivity and on multiple computers associated with your account. You may make reasonable backup copies where the platform permits.
Restrictions
You may not distribute, rent, lease, sell or sublicense Veyra; share activation credentials outside authorised users; remove ownership notices; bypass licence controls; or derive source code except to the limited extent applicable law expressly allows.
Plan duration
A one-year licence ends 12 months after activation. A lifetime licence continues for the commercial life of Veyra while the product and relevant platforms remain available. It does not mean the lifetime of an individual or guarantee perpetual compatibility with third-party browsers.
Ownership and feedback
Veyra, its software, design, branding and documentation remain owned by Veyrasoft or its licensors. If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or payment, without identifying you publicly unless you agree.
Open-source components
Components supplied under open-source licences remain governed by their respective licences. Those licences take priority for the relevant component where they conflict with this agreement.
Termination
This licence ends if you materially breach it and do not remedy the breach where remediation is possible. On termination, you must stop using and remove Veyra, subject to non-excludable legal rights.
